Will you talk directly to my client?#
Totally up to you. Most agencies prefer to keep me behind the scenes (white-label style), but I can jump in as needed. Just let me know what works best for your setup.
Do you only work in Squarespace?#
Squarespace is my specialty — it’s what I know best and what I recommend for most projects. That said, I’m also experienced in WordPress with Elementor Pro, so if you’ve got a client on that platform, I can handle it. Just know that my workflow and pricing are built with Squarespace in mind, so WordPress projects may require custom scoping.
Any perks for my client if they host with Squarespace?#
Yes! As a Squarespace Circle designer, your client will get 20% off their first year of annual hosting.
What’s your turnaround time?#
Small tasks = usually 2–3 business days. Full builds = we’ll set a timeline that works for both of us. Need it faster? Rush requests may be possible depending on current availability.
What if my client hasn’t sent me their content yet?#
We can start with placeholders or structure, but missing content slows things down and makes the build less efficient. Building a site with zero content is like trying to decorate a house with no furniture — we can do it, but it eats up time quickly.
Can I roll over unused hours?#
Nope — hours are use-it-or-lose-it each month. Think of it like booking a beach cabana: it's yours for the month, whether you nap in it or not. Need more time? You can always add hours at your package’s discounted rate.
How does billing work?#
All packages require auto-pay enrollment before we begin. You’ll be able to update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel if needed — but I keep it on auto so I can stay focused on your projects, not invoicing follow-ups.
